CARE & HEALTHCARE

Care begins with seeing the person.

Every person brings their own story, choices and hopes. We connect care organisations with professionals who bring kindness and skill to support children, adults and older people, including mental health, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, dementia and complex needs.

WHAT WE OFFER

Understanding people.
Supporting your purpose.

Care can be found in everyday moments: a reassuring explanation, time to make a choice, encouragement towards independence and respect for someone’s privacy. We want to understand the people your service supports, the relationships they rely on and the qualities that help them feel secure. We consider the professional experience, competence and recruitment checks needed alongside the patience, empathy and judgement the role calls for.

We welcome organisations across the whole UK. Tell us what matters to the people you support, how they communicate and the routines that help them feel safe. Duties, supervision and service arrangements are agreed for each assignment.

EVERY PERSON HAS A STORY

From childhood
to later life.

A child finding their confidence. An adult building independence. An older person holding on to familiar routines. We connect organisations across the UK with professionals who can support children, young people, adults and older people with understanding and respect.

Children & young people

Feeling safe, being listened to and having someone believe in them can matter deeply to a child. We seek people who bring patience, encouragement and an understanding of development, communication and safeguarding.

Adults

Every adult has their own choices, goals and sense of identity. We value professionals who respect that individuality while supporting daily living, wellbeing, independence and more complex needs.

Older people

Familiar routines, treasured relationships and personal dignity remain important throughout later life. We value a calm, respectful approach to dementia, reduced mobility and ongoing care needs.

A wide range of support needs

Understanding starts with the person. Tell us how they communicate, what helps them feel secure, what matters to them and the experience your team needs.

  • Autism and ADHD
  • Learning disabilities and additional learning needs
  • Mental health needs, including anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder
  • Dementia and age-related needs
  • Physical disabilities and reduced mobility
  • Sensory and communication needs
  • Epilepsy and other long-term health conditions
  • Complex needs and positive behaviour support

Supporting the places people rely on

  • Residential care homes and nursing homes
  • Supported living and adult residential services
  • Children’s residential and support services
  • Mental health and learning disability services
  • Mainstream schools, special schools and children’s education settings

Families and individuals place trust in the services they rely on. We supply staff to organisations and consider each assignment’s individual needs, agreed duties, supervision, experience, training and recruitment checks. Specialist or clinical support is discussed individually.
